12’ x 12’ Vendor Space to be an Official Participant here are our Guidelines:
1. You create 100% original work by your hands
2. You can cooperate with 40 other Vendors in kindness
3. You choose to bring Family Friendly work and work with our Host
4. You have your tent or own table to set up in the assigned space given by HOST
5. You understand this is an out door event in a meadow with no electricity
6. Load In -you show up promptly at 8 am - 10 am - Set Up then park in the West Side FREE PARKING
7. You may decorate your Pop Up in a festive atmosphere Winner 🏆 Best of Show wins $110 value space for 2026 Fair
8. You may bring food and drinks in your space
9. NO DOGS 🐕 (you loose your space!)
10. You show your legal CA Tax / FOOD Licensing and ALL Food Vendors must carry your own permits and licenses for event with Shasta County
11. NO ai 🤖 ®️™️©️Plagiarism or dark art
12. “No Show” / Refuse to follow Guidelines = No Refunds
